Rooted in Relationships. Grown with Care.

We believe great coffee starts at origin — not just with terroir, but with people.

In 2025, Autumn Amber Farm won first place in the Yunnan CoE Pilot Program, the event’s top honor.

Based in Lincang at an average elevation above 1,600 meters and situated near a giant karst sinkhole, the estate benefits from cool nights, ample sunshine, and well-drained soils—conditions that support slow ripening and concentrated flavor. Over the past several years, the team has focused on variety improvement and disciplined on-farm trials; through selection and replanting, Sarchimor and Castillo have emerged as the flagship cultivars for their consistency and cup quality.

The 2025 title crowns a steady progression: Grand Champion in 2022 (Best of Yunnan), third in 2023, and fifth in 2024 in the Global Green Coffee Bean Competition—China Selection, the highest ranking among Chinese participating estates that year.

Guided by a clear vision to build a premier specialty coffee estate, Autumn Amber continues to invest in field management, processing, and quality control—the story is still being written.

Tianyu Coffee Estate (Menglian) sits in Mangmao Village at 1,480–1,638 meters on the watershed between the Lancang and Nanka rivers, facing Myanmar across the water. The large diurnal temperature swing, diverse microclimates, and fertile soils favor slow ripening and clean, layered cups.

Rooted in a Wa community where brewing skills are part of daily life, the estate—led by Ms. Ye —has adapted Wa brewing wisdom to coffee-cherry fermentation, steadily refining primary processing while staying aligned with global specialty standards.

From the outset its mission has been to serve smallholders and strengthen rural livelihoods.

Recognition followed: champion at both the Yunnan and Pu’er Green Coffee Competitions in 2018; washed-category champion at both in 2020; selection in 2021 for Starbucks China’s “Xing” Program, with coffees presented as gifts to UN Security Council representatives; and in 2022 designation as one of the Top Ten Yunnan Specialty Coffee Estates, alongside awards for Outstanding Contribution, Outstanding Progress, and Excellence in Yunnan Deep-Cultivation.

Zuoyuan Farm, located in Lujiangba, Baoshan, one of Yunnan’s most prized coffee regions.

Founded in 1998 by Mr. Fan, Zuoyuan has spent over two decades cultivating heirloom varietals like Geisha, Bourbon, and Typica — always with a focus on organic methods, biodiversity, and ecological balance. Its location at 1,100–1,400m on the slopes of the Gaoligong Mountains offers an ideal environment for specialty coffee.

The farm insists on organic farming, using sheep manure as fertilizer and spring water for irrigation. From 2019 to 2024, Zuoyuan’s coffees were selected four times for the Starbucks Reserve program.

Today, Zuoyuan is known for its clean profiles, experimental processing, and deep commitment to sustainable farming.

…This is only the beginning. As we grow, we aim to connect with more like-minded producers across Yunnan who share the same care for land, flavor, and integrity.

Together, we work on variety selection, harvest timing, and processing innovation — sharing a common vision of elevating Yunnan coffee on the world stage.
